PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Comfort Plus 5131 Hard Hat, squeeze-lock suspension, 6-pt polyester strap suspension, ANSI Z89.1 Type 1, Class G, available in white, yellow, green, blue, red or orange.
• Conforms to ANSI Z89.1-2009 Type I Class G;
• High-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell dissipates impact energy;
• Shock-absorbing 6-point suspension with adjustable polyester straps;
• Squeeze-lock suspension with easy slide adjustment for a firm fit;

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Fit helmet on head and fasten strap to ensure correct fit. For adequate protection this helmet must be worn with the peak facing forward and be adjusted to the size of the users head.
LIMITATIONS OF USE:
Protection will only be offered if the helmet is fitted correctly. Any Helmet subjected to severe impact should be replaced immediately. Do not apply paint, solvents, adhesives or self-adhesive labels, except in accordance with instructions from the manufacturer. The harness, when in contact with the skin may cause allergic reactions to susceptible individuals. If this occurs leave the hazard area, remove the helmet and seek medical advice. The attention of users is also drawn to the dangers of modifying or removing any of the original component parts, other than as recommended by the manufacturer.
