Description
The Bosch HDH183-01 18 V EC Brushless Brute Tough 1/2 In. Hammer Drill/Driver Kit features a powerful hammer drill with advanced features, two 18 V 4.0 Ah FatPack batteries and an BC1880 18 V fast charger (which can charge a spent 18 V 4.0 Ah battery to 80% in 25 minutes and to 100% in 35 minutes).
The HDH183 features KickBack Control and a precision clutch. KickBack Control is an integrated acceleration sensor that automatically shuts the tool down when a potentially dangerous rotational torque reaction occurs in a bind-up scenario.
The precision clutch has 25+1 settings, for longer tool life and accurate fastener driving with reduced overtightening.
The tool has an upgraded and durable all-metal chuck, and it delivers outstanding bit grip and torque transfer.
The efficient EC Brushless motor delivers outstanding runtime and longer motor life. It produces up to 663 In.-Lbs. of torque, a no-load BPM of 0-31,500 and a no-load RPM of 0-2,100 RPM. The HDH183 has a variable-speed selector – one setting for high-torque driving (0-480 RPM) and one best for high-speed drilling (0-2,100 RPM).
It features Bosch's Electronic Motor and Cell Protection, tough Durashield housing, an LED for illumination and a long belt clip. It is an easy tool to handle, with a sure-grip side-assist handle and an ergonomic grip zone.
